Blair Piper and Rozella Piper (McCoy); her husband Charles Richard Chipperfield, Jr.; her sons, Timothy Chipperfield of Altoona, Todd Chipperfield of Altoona and Edward Chipperfield of Altoona; her foster son Robert Messmer of Altoona; her daughters, Hope Chipperfield of Altoona and Charity Baer of Altoona; and her siblings, Martha Gilbert of Martinsburg, Rozella Harshberger of Altoona, Walter Piper of Roaring Spring and Carl Piper of Marietta, GA..
