With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vance Conrad Blair of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward V. Blair. He is survived by: his mother Janice M. Blair (Conrad); his cousins, Ann M. Gedmark of Anchorage, AK and Mary E. Howe of Northfield, MN; and his close friend Heather Gottshall.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations please be made to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602.
