He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Feather and Pauline Marra (Murphy); and his daughter Tiffany Carper. He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Langer; his children, Bryan Feather and Courtney Feather; his grandchildren, Adam, Devin, Sofia and Olivia; his siblings, Dennis Feather and Pamela Ott; and his close friend Phil Huss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
