She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hazen and Loretta Hazen (Shultzaberger); her husband Ray A. Nycum, Jr.; and her brother H. Allan Hazen. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey A. Nycum (Susan) of Bellwood; and her grandchildren, Andrew R. Nycum and Allison Z. Nycum.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Myers-Somers Funeral Home, Inc. (501 N 6th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
