He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Peterson and Marion Peterson (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Patricia McElfish; his sons, Timothy C. (Erica), Stephen E. Jr. (Tracey) and Jon R. (Kara); his grandchildren, Skylar, Riley, Logan, Hailey, Danaka and Sadie; and his sister Nancy.
