She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Mort and Rose Mort (Vitello); and her sister Geraldine Brown. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Mort, Pauline Cox (Jeff), Linda Lear and Michael Richard Mort (Patty); and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; a great-great-nephew.
She enjoyed traveling and knitting throughout the year to donate hats to the St. Vincent de Paul.
