He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dunio and Helen Dunio (Cushion); and his siblings, Eva, Angela, Dorothy, Frank, John and Rick.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Freet); his children, David Dunio, Denise Dunio (Sara Burke) and Matthew Dunio (Nicole Schettig); his grandchildren, Larissa, David Jr., Makenna, Raquel, Roman, Nina, Giuliana and Olivia; his great grandchild Mila; and his siblings, Marie, Joe, Steve (Donna) and Michael (Francine).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Santella Funeral Home (1106 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mount Carmel Catholic Church (Calvary Cemetery) (806 11th St, Altoona, PA 16602).
