She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smith and Marie Smith (Trexler); her husband James M. Novack; her son John Novack; and her siblings, Charles, James, Thomas, Raymond, Philip Smith, Rita Meidl, Dorothy Smith, Mildred Stafford and Mary Snowberger.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Treglia (Steve), Edward Novack and James Novack II (Cathy Ventre); her grandchildren, Jon Novack (Amber Deyarmin), James Novack, Tyler Novack (Daniel Adams), Francesca Treglia (Benjamin Travers) and Alexandra Mejias (Giovanni); her great grandchildren, Olivia and Watson Novack; her siblings, Dolores Perkins, George and William Smith (Grace); and her cousin Mary Lysinger. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (1222 13th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament (1 Cathedral Square, Altoona, PA 16601). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery (2417 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602).
