She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wall and Sarah Wall (Clark); her husband Donald L. Chestney; her grandson Jarret Chestney; her siblings, Thelma Burnshire and Arthur Wall; and her daughter-in-law Dana Chestney.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Chestney of Altoona, James Chestney (Joyce) of Altoona, Joseph Chestney (Donna) of Altoona and Dr. Thomas Chestney (Cynthia) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Chestney Jr., Jennifer Beach (Cody), Jamie Chestney, Jaclyn Chestney, Molly Tarin (Matthew), Joshua Chestney (Katie), Meredith Montgomery (Nate) and Maggie Conway (Cameron); and her sister-in-law Patricia Wall. She is also survived by four nephews, and one niece.

While her accomplishments and contributions to society are remarkable, Rozella's true joy came from her family.
