With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Kerns Howsare of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kerns Arnold and Katherine Blake Howsare (McNeil); his daughter Tracy Howsare-Mallory; and his siblings, William and Janet.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn Ann Wright; his son James R. Howsare (Isela); his grandchildren, David Sirak (Laura), Stephanie Driggers Adela Howsare (Blake) and Robert E. Howsare-Palacios; and his son-in-law Michael Mallory. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
