He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J Lill and Rose E. Lill (Gallagher). He is survived by: his wife Rose Rita Lill (Kesslak); and his children, Mary T. George (Paul), Rose M. Higazy (David Deich), Anne C. Lill, Nancy L. Lill, Diana K. Bogan (Thomas), Robert A. Lill (Stacy Hale) and Richard B. Lill Jr. (Caitlyn Shane). He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
