With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca M. Foor of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin L. Moore and Laura Moore (Akers); her husband Leroy Foor; her son Daniel L.; and her sister Martha Woodring.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah F. Jeffco of Altoona, Thomas C. (Nancy H.) of Alexandria, VA and Michele L. Smithmyer (Charles F.) of Altoona; and her grandchildren, David C. Jeffco, Melissa L. Taliaferro, Matthew A. Foor, Alicia M. Killinger, Amanda M. Harkins and Andrew C. Smithmyer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
