Rebecca left this world on January 11, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Joe" Duncan and Eva Duncan (MacCourtney); and her son James Proctor. She is survived by: her daughters, Alyssa Proctor (Cody Caracciolo) of Chest Springs, Rachel Proctor (Jon Shaffer) of West Chester and Courtney Proctor of Altoona; her grandchildren, Triton Richard, Mavis Marie Caracciolo and Izabella James; and her siblings, Aileen Duncan of Virginia, Kevin Duncan (Susan) of Oklahoma, Paul Duncan of Virginia, James Duncan (Sarah) of Maryland and David Duncan (Becky) of North Dakota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
