He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Anna Marie Cook (Barto); and his brothers, John Cook, Jr. and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Robertson; his daughter Dianne Louise Hoover (John) of Tyrone; and his brothers, Thomas Cook (Connie) of Altoona and Arthur Cook (Maxine) of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; four great grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren.
