Paul C. Yon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul C. Yon of Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Yon and Eleanor A. Yon (Filer); his children, Paul, II, Jacqueline and Kim Narehood; and his brothers, Tom Yon and Richard "Dick" Yon.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele L. "Micki" Yon of Altoona; his grandchildren, Casey Hartman (Justin) of Bellwood, Tyler Narehood (Natasha) of Madera and Colton Narehood (Amanda) of Altoona; and his great grandchildren, Maliya, Jonah, Landon, Tucker and Ella. He is also survived by three nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Myers-Somers Funeral Home, Inc. (501 N 6th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
