He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ritchey and Mary Ritchey (Bowser). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Arlene Bowser; his children, Danny Ritchey (Lisa) of Blue Knob and Tammie Reffner (Tim) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Obadiah (Erin) and Jacob (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Trenton, Isaiah and Elias; and his brother Kenneth Ritchey (Connie).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Good Funeral Home Inc. (108 Alto Reste Park, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Nelson E. Ritchey to Ronald McDonald House Charities Philadelphia Region- 3925 Chestnut Street.
