With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy R. Savino of Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joesph Lamancusa and Nina Lamancusa; her husband Nick J. Savino; and her brothers, Carmelo and Santino Lamancusa.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Kilby (Lance) of Culpeper, VA, Louis, Joseph and Frank Savino of Altoona, PA.; her grandsons, Michael Kilby (Caitlin) of Springfield, VA and Nicholas Kilby of Culpeper, VA.; and her great grandchildren, Henry and Claire Kilby of Springfield, VA..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Santella Funeral Home (1106 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (806 11th St, Altoona, PA 16602).
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be donated in Nancy's name to the Mt. Carmel Church Restoration Fund, 806 - 11th St. Altoona PA 16602.
