She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland E. Crook and Betty Crook (Howell). She is survived by: her husband Edward Sipes; her children, Linda A. Woyurka (Shawn) of Altoona, Robert A. Fogal, Jr. (Mindy) of Altoona, Cindy L. Fogal of Altoona and Samuel C. Fogal (Christa) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Robert II, Farrah, Derrek, Samantha, Victoria, Elizabeth, Emma, Joseph, Sierra and Rayleighanna; her great grandchildren, Zaylin, Ryland, Gabriella, Kayson, Addison, Delilah, Colton, Brinley, Landon, Phoenix, Greyson, Baylor, Nova, Ember and Welland; and her sister Marian Oswalt of Altoona. She is also survived by dog, "King."; and numerous extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in memory of Nancy please be made to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602 in honor of her love for animals.
