He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle L. Wagner and Eleanor Wagner (Weeks); and his wife Edith L. Smith. He is survived by: his children, James L. Wagner (Renee) of Maytown, Thomas P. Wagner (Melissa) of Lititz, Melissa L. Beam (Shawn) of Hooversville and Melinda A. Fogal (Robert) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Alexander, Patricia, Victoria, Zachary, Elizabeth, Emma, Brianna and Joseph; and his sister Helen Warren of Rock Tavern. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
