Maxine G. Cover Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maxine G. Cover of Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maxine G. Cover to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nemic and Lavina Nemic (Mort); her husband Harry Wayne Cover; her son Michael Cover; and her nephew Bert Green.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Marin (John), Carol Books (Dave), Glenn Cover (Diane) and Joe Cover (Joy); and her daughter-in-law Faye Cover. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home (1204 17th St, Altoona, PA 16601). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (1102 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602).
