She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Monahan and Kathleen Monahan (Dumm); her spouse Clair Fochler; and her brothers, Vincent and Joseph Monahan.
She is survived by: her children, William Fochler of Altoona, Kathleen Moore (Rick) of Altoona, Judith Tabin (Mark) of Phoenix, AZ, Donald Fochler (Mary) of Ringgold, GA and Jeffrey Fochler of Ebensburg; her grandchildren, David, Mary, Rebekah, Donna, Veronica, Garth, Angel and Ricky; and her brother Richard Monahan (Lori) of Florida. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (2716 Broad Ave, Altoona, PA 16601).
