She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jones and Elizabeth Jones (Yon); her husband Robert Berkey; and her siblings, Harold Jones and Naomi Spickler.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Baker (Dan) of Bellwood, Nicole Berkey of Bellwood and Todd Wertman (Jenni) of Duncansville; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ethan Baker, Abbey Bracken (Josh), Alyssa Wertman and Alexus Berkey; and her siblings, Richard Jones (Barbie) and Margaret Lucas (Thomas).
