He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Sr. and Anna Juda (Seeger); his grandparents, Joseph and Mary Juda (Kemper); his uncle Charles Juda; and his aunt Katherine Juda.

He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Juda (Seana) of Sayre, Mike Juda (Kathy) of Sayre, William Juda (Marilyn) of Sayre and Mary Tokos (Dan) of Brooksville, Florida.; his niece Kim Juda (family: Dennis, Bonnie Juda) of Elmira, NY.; his great-nieces, Katie, Stephanie and Becky; and his caregivers, Joan Nagy and Larry Hill. He is also survived by cousin and family.
