With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph E. Frank Sr. of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent J. Frank and Catherine Frank (Hill); his wife Linda M. Wray; and his brothers, Thomas, Melvin, William and Paul Frank.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph E. Frank, Jr. of Altoona, Jeffrey R. Frank (Tammy Sprow) of Frankstown Township, Jon C. Frank (Shelly) of Altoona, James P. Frank (Laura) of Altoona, Jerry L. "Buck" Frank (Tammy) of Altoona and Jay M. "Biggie" Frank (Tina) of Nanty Glo; his grandchildren, Joe, Thad, Nick, Madison, Ashley, Abigail, Sydney, Brandon, Isabella, Michael and Carson; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Adelaide and Apollo; and his brother Vincent Frank (Millie) of Hollidaysburg.
