He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. and Mary E. Koss (Nadu); his daughter Anne Joelle (Caughey); his sisters, Rose Uding and Dorothy Koss; and his niece Bridget Newman.
He is survived by: his wife Bonita "Bonnie" L. Myers; his children, Joel Koss of Hollidaysburg, Sarah Anderson (Brent) of Pittsburgh and Laura Koss (James Peters) of Hollidaysburg; his grandchildren, Naomi, Lydia, Charles, Grace, Margot, Archer, Grant, Olivia, Clark and Mila; and his siblings, Jeffrey Koss of Ebensburg, Darlene Koss of Florida and Stephanie Servais of Ohio.
