He is survived by: his children, Melissa Nebelski Nagel of Fredericksburg, VA, Jacqueline Nebelski and Michael Nebelski of Altoona; his grandchildren, Malynda, Derek, Cameron, Kaiden, Kaileb, Kendall and Kamden; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Wes of Fredericksburg, VA.. He is also survived by his family and his friends.
