He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill White and Pauline White (Fluke); his girlfriend Deborah Brown; his daughter Stephanie Dively; his granddaughter Jerica Bickle; and his great grandchild Silas John Richard.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Diane) of Altoona and Troy McConnell (Shelbia) of Richfield; his grandchildren, Andy, Austin, Jeffrey, William, Katherine, Jake, Samantha, Justin and Tyler; and his great great grandchildren, Ashtin, Adalynn, Jaxon, Maddox and Olivia.
