It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Green of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Seedenburg and Verna Seedenburg (Rhine); and her husband James B. Green. She is survived by: her children, Jan Hedden of Spring Grove, Jil Young (Tate) of Goldsboro, NC and John Patterson, Jr. (Brenda) of Tyrone; her stepson Randal Green (Mary Ellen); her grandchildren, Zeke (Karlie), Caroline, Miriah (Allen), Laura Jean, Jessica (Warren), Brandon (Jenna), Michael (Mandy) and Brett (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Rae Ellen, Hunter, Lukas, Colton, Jamis, Cole, Ethan and Ela; and also Sharon Green (Tony) of Altoona.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Myers-Somers Funeral Home, Inc. (501 N 6th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
