He was predeceased by: his parents, James W., Sr. and Arlene Fisher (Bennett). He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Parsons; his children, Stefanie Fornari of Altoona, Gwen Eaken of Altoona and James A. Fisher of Altoona; his grandchildren, Chuckie, Mason, Tyson, Bryson, Jaxson and Gabriella; his sisters, Connie Dively (Charles) and Karen Long (Tim); and his close friends, Buddy and MaeLee.
