He was predeceased by: his parents, Regis J. Noel and Betty L. Noel (Dixon); and his sister Shirley Williams. He is survived by: his sisters, Ellen Flickinger of Altoona, Janet Noel of Altoona and Sandra L. Pellas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (1222 13th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
