It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Prescott of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Vivian Kephart; and his daughter Jessica Prescott. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Prescott (Weyant) of Altoona; his daughters, Renee Prescott and Andrea Weibley (Brian) of Altoona; his granddaughter Ja'lynn Walker; and his siblings, John Prescott and Phyllis Barefoot (Richard) of Altoona.
