He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth A. Eckenrode and Catherine Eckenrode (Pike); and his sisters, Petronella Elvey and Corrine Quarry. He is survived by: his wife Agnes J. Bem; and his siblings-in-law, Stanley J. Bem of Indiana, John E. Bem of Hastings and Mary C. Kirk of Hastings. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
