He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Frederick; his wife Thelma Smith; his children, Charlotte Marie, Shirley Ann, Mike and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Breanna Kay, Jamie and Kaylynn; and his brothers, Bill, Robert and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Frederick, Cindy Frederick, Kenneth Frederick, Scott Frederick and Nora Frederick; his siblings, Kenneth, Jeanie and Shirley; his granddaughter Tina Stine; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew and Patrick. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
