Bickel of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 93, on August 19, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Edward and Pearl Suzanna Lucas (Colpetzer); her husband William David Bickel; her son William Edward Bickel; her siblings, Hazel Smeltzer, John Lucas, Merle Lucas, Florence Lucas, Ernest Lucas and Robert Lucas; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Bickel.
She is survived by: her children, Judith K. Gisewhite (Larry R.) of Milroy, Jeffrey L. Bickel of Duncansville and Cheryl A. Bickel of Altoona; her grandchildren, Tabitha Fellabaum (Scott), Corinda Norris (Richard), David Bickel, Jennifer Bickel and Kelly Bickel; her sister Ruth A. Snyder (Donald) of New York; her daughter-in-law Kathy A. Bickel of Altoona; and her sisters-in-law, Jane Lucas of Lemont and Eileen Bickel of Altoona. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
