She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Winklbauer and Theresa Winklbauer (Grassinger); her husband Paul K. Watters; and her siblings, Frank X. Grassinger, John Peter Winklbauer, Teresa Folcarelli and Ernest "Bill" Winklbauer.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Burr (Michael) of Melbourne Beach, FL, Jan Stoehr (Doug) of Duncansville, Thomas Watters (Jeanie) of Medford Lakes, NJ and Jill Watters of Altoona; her grandchildren, Matt Pulcinello, Paul Pulcinello, Rachel Orr (Andrew), Justin Page, Julie Sharbaugh (Troy) and Cody Watters; and her great grandchildren, Dominic Pulcinello, Giana Pulcinello, Paige Sharbaugh and Emmie Sharbaugh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
