He was predeceased by: his parent Harold S.. He is survived by: his parent Virginia G. Bowser (Burkey); his sibling Sunny A.; his spouses, Marlene S. (Gates) and Raymond Fagan of Altoona; and also, Cindy S., Timothy, Suzanne (Baranik) and Williamsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
