He is survived by: his wife Sally; his brother Lowell of Altoona; his daughters, Denise Murray of Arizona, Cheri Himes of South Carolina, Julie Smith of Altoona and Lisa Murray-Geibel of Altoona; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Ben Himes, Dominic, Christian Amato, Jasmine Smith, Sebastian Kane, Sckylaur Kane and Coleton Geibel.
In lieu of flowers, his wish was to have those who want to give, to support their local veteran and/or volunteer firefighter associations.
