She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard L. Harber and Wanda Marie Harber (Salsgiver); her husband Robert Lee Plouse; her sons, Daniel Harber of Altoona and Robert Plouse, II of Altoona; and her siblings, William Harber (Roxene) of Altoona, David Harber (Eileen) of Reading, Linda Sisto (Fred) of Altoona and Susan Kennedy of Bellwood.
A reception was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home (719 N 4th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601).
