It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flo Yvonne Richter of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Sr. Hoover and Flora Hoover (Bailey); her husband Paul Richter; her daughter Susan Kendall; her granddaughter Kiara; and her siblings, Homer Jr. and Beverly Ann.
She is survived by: her daughter Arlene Kuntz (Bob); her grandchildren, Nicole Vraspir (Adam), Tamara Kendall (Wayne), Marshall, Isaac and Andrew Kuntz; and her siblings, Virgie Lewis, Cleone Chan-King (Michael) and Galen Hoover (Dawn). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
