We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2024, at the age of 77, Elsie Belcher of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Six Mile Run, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Elsie's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Elsie's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Young and Tessie Young (Hughes); and also, Bruce C. Wilson and Charles Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Lew E. Wilson (Christal) of Defiance, Paul A. Wilson (Penny) of Bedford and Corina Wilson of Maddison, OH. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
