She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Martin and Edna C. Martin (Boslet); her husband Jeremiah "Jerry" Smith; her son Kevin C. "KC" Smith; her sister Janet Pufka; and her brother-in-law Joe Pufka.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel E. Smith, Richard A. (Karen), Ronald M. (Dana) and Thomas A. (Karen); her daughter-in-law Dene Schaut (Tim) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Aimee Pirollo (Marc), Jonathan, Kevin, Nick (Ricci), Casey (CJ), Gabby and Kiki; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Lysinger and Anna Mae Shevenock. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
