It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna J. McConnell of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parson and Mary Parson (Caso); her husband George McConnell of Altoona; her brother George R. Parson; and her sons, Jeffrey and Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher (Michele) and Erin (Doug Ellis); her sister-in-law Linda Parson; and her grandchildren, Nicholas (Elizabeth), Tyler, Bradley (Barbara) and Elayni. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made on Donna's behalf to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd. Altoona PA 16602.
