He is survived by: his wife Kay E. Newman; and his children, Debra Lane of Williamsburg, Lu Ann Verbonitz of Martinsburg and Bruce (Vicky) of Williamsburg. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
