She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Plummer and Betty Plummer (Partner); her husband Anthony "Sonny" Consiglio of Altoona; her children, Todd Consiglio (Season) of Hollidaysburg and Jaimee Consiglio of Altoona; her grandchildren, Tevin, Xavier, Vincent and Samuel; and her siblings, Thomas Plummer, Susan Hughes (David) and Robert (Charlotte). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Deborah's memory to St. Vincent de Paul, P.O. Box 231, Altoona, PA 16603.
