She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Rowles; her siblings, Carol Phelan of Altoona and Jamie Skipper (Renee) of Hollidaysburg; her brother-in-law Allen Phelan, Sr.; and her nephews, Allen Phelan, Jr., Ryan Phelan (Becky), Brandon Phelan (Vanessa), Justin Skipper (Victoria) and Tyler Skipper.
