He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Bumberger and Agnes M. Bumberger (Allsopp). He is survived by: his wife Laurie L. Rhodes; his children, Mandy L. Cunningham (Rob) of Elkland, Curtis F. Bumberger II of Duncansville, Haley L. Bumberger of Woodbury and Shena Claar of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Jordan Bumberger, Liberty Bumberger, Julie Cunningham and Jack Cunningham; his sister Melissa A. Lingenfelter (Barry) of Pavia Township; and his close friends, Nancy Santore and Tony Rispoli (Christina).

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Good Funeral Home, Inc. (108 Alto Reste Park, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
