It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecilia Ann Tubo (Altoona, Pennsylvania), born in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Hansel and Amber Hansel (Waple); and her husband Norman R. Tubo. She is survived by: her children, Scott Tubo of Altoona and Pamela Bonsell (Charles) of Beccaria; her grandchildren, Cory, Jackie, Matthew, Samuel and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Ryann, Charlotte, Rylan, Mia, Cameron, Layla, Tyler Jr. and Ellie; and her siblings, Barbara, Robert, Anthony, David, Richard, Jeffrey and Terrance. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
