With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Marks of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 10, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Foose and Dorothy Foose (Norris); her husband Norman L. Marks; and her son Barry Leroy Marks. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Marks of Altoona; her sister Dorothea; her daughter-in-law Judy Marks; her brother-in-law John Marks; and her close friends, Lowell and Grace Murray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Riggles Gap Bible Church.
