With solemn reverence, we commemorate Betty J. Schraff of Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on April 9, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Mohler and Betty Mohler (Covert); her daughter Cynthia; her brother Jimmy; and her sister-in-law Carol (Rabenstein).
She is survived by: her children, John "Butch" (Ellen Schraff) of Altoona and Kathie (Michael Pastore) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Brent, Michael II (Amanda), Matthew, Carley (Christian), Scott (Sarah) and Craig; her great grandchildren, Aidan, Michael III, Leah, Isabella, Parker, Madelyn, Will, Colin, Henry and Chloe; her sister Doris Jean Mohler of Altoona; and her sister-in-law Judith (Robert Halbritter) of Duncansville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many special friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers-Somers Funeral Home, Inc. (501 N 6th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (2716 Broad Ave, Altoona, PA 16601).
