Hicks Jr. of Hampton, VA, Alex Hicks and Aric Hicks; his stepsons, Jovan Meek of Altoona and Augustine "A. J." Shorter of Altoona; his brother Rodney Hicks; and his aunts, Sandy Hinton and Barbara Price. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and one great-grandson.
